Ingredients
  1. 1 Ham steak, bone-in, drippings from package reserved
  2. 1/4 Pineapple juice
  3. 2 Tablespoon Brown sugar
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Mustard powder
  5. 1 dash Ground cloves
Instructions
  1. Mix drippings, pineapple juice, brown sugar, mustard and cloves in a small bowl.
  2. Fry ham steak in skillet with half of the juice mixture over medium-high. When ham steak is browned on the underside, flip it. Add remaining glaze and fry until browned on the other side.
