Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Unsalted butter
  2. 4 cups Cane sugar
  3. 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
  4. 1 cup Evaporated milk
  5. 1 cup Peanut butter
  6. 6 cups Rolled oats
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in large pot on low heat. Add sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk. Stir until blended.
  2. Raise heat and bring contents to a boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and stir well.
  3. Turn off heat. Mix in oats, then quickly spoon contents into cookie sizes on baking sheets lined with parchment or waxed paper.
