Ingredients
  1. 2 heads fresh Broccoli
  2. 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  3. 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  4. 2 teaspoons Lemon rind, grated
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and trim broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. Spoon Olive oil onto a rimmed cookie sheet then roll broccoli florets till coated. Sprinkle with Garlic and Lemon rind, bake for 20 minutes or until crisp-tender.
